For horse treatments or riding lessons I’ll drive to your stable or riding facility.
Dogs should be treated in their home or known environment. I will bring the necessary equipment and material with.
For the wellness massages I have a portable massage table that I will take with me. Of course I bring blankets, oils and everything that goes with them with me.
Pricing – travel expenses
Travel expenses of 0.35 cents per km from kilometer 20 are added to the treatment costs
Appointment cancellation
Time Schedules can change or people and animals might get sick – that’s in general not a problem. But please note, if you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel it timely by calling me and at least 24 hours in advance. Because in this case I can replan and give the date to someone else.
Late or NON cancellation notice is my financial loss. In that case I have to charge you 50% of the regular treatment price.
Also when I have already driven to your location without knowledge of cancellation the trip will be charged at an additional 0.35 € per kilometer driven.
